Picacho Developments offering of American Buildings has a rich heritage in aviation, especially with Heavy Fabrication Division. When spans get too large for our typical framing systems, typically over 200 feet, we combine with conventional hot roll steel sections for cost effective hybrid framing designs. Past customers include the U.S. Air Force, Pemco Aviation, Federal Express and the Canadian Department of defense.

Offering complete flexibility of layout and workflow, Picacho Developments buildings allow for use of cranes and other heavy equipment as required in most manufacturing and industrial applications, while also allowing for fast, economical future building expansion if required.
